External Advisory Board
The Center for Cybersecurity at Mount Saint Mary College is guided by an external advisory board. The advisory board consist of members from industry and academia. The external advisory board provides guidance to strengthen the cyber program offered at Mount Saint Mary College by:
1) providing insight on current trends and reviewing the curriculum for strengths and weaknesses;
2) providing advice for hosting activities such as guest speakers, cybersecurity awareness campaigns, and cyber competitions for students;
3) providing advice on career development activities for students and the community, such as resume building workshops, mock interviews, internships, full-time jobs and preparations for industry certifications.
The board meets twice a year, in the month of September in the fall semester and in the month of February in the spring semester.
